Quintain Ireland has received planning permission from Dun Laoghaire County Council for 168 new homes in its Cherrywood Village development in South Dublin. Quintain now intends to commence construction on these homes and a previously approved phase of 136 homes once the public health restrictions on construction activity are eased.
