Clonburris
The Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme lands span 280 hectares, and are located between the established communities of Lucan, Clondalkin and Liffey Valley. The lands are highly connected, well located and have also been designated as a Major Urban Housing Development Site with the opportunity for delivering significant numbers of housing units within the Dublin Region over the next decade and beyond.
