Property development Quintain Ireland has appointed Isabelle Gallagher as its head of development.
Gallagher has worked as the company’s development director since 2019 and has been instrumental in overseeing and driving significant development projects, and expanding the firm’s portfilio.
The Dubliner was also instrumental in obtaining planning permission for 1,800 residential units in Adamstown over the past two years, including the development of the Crossings urban village.

Prior to joining Quintain, Gallagher served as senior vice president of real estate management at Hudson Advisors Ireland Ltd and spent 10 years with Savills Ireland.
She holds an MBA and a BSc in Business Management, both from DIT, and she also completed her postgraduate studies in Surveying at the University of Reading.
She is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
Speaking about her appointment, Gallagher said: “Quintain Ireland is the country’s largest private homebuilder.

Quintain currently owns a landbank with space for over 9,000 residential units. Accounts for Quintain Developments Ireland Ltd show turnover of €13.8m and profit of €1.2m for 2022.
