The lands are highly connected, well located and have also been designated as a Major Urban Housing Development Site with the opportunity for delivering significant numbers of housing units within the Dublin Region over the next decade and beyond.
Our interest in the Clonburris SDZ extends to some 30 acres, including parklands, and has the capacity for over 350 residences. Over the next four years we look forward to helping Clonburris fulfil its potential as a new sustainable community in the Dublin area.
